What happens next
Dynotch lives in the notch and the menu bar. It only shows in the Dock while Settings or the tour is open. On first launch the welcome tour walks through the permissions worth allowing, and Settings›Permissions lists them all.
To use the dynotch command from Terminal, see The dynotch command.
